Yes. We take pride in our craftsmanship. If there's an issue related to our workmanship, contact us and we'll make it right. Please contact us within 60 days.
Absolutely! You're welcome to supply materials, or we can purchase them for you. We do not mark up any items that we purchase, what we pay for is what we charge you. However, If customer-supplied materials are missing and we must return another day, a $50 return travel fee will be added to the invoice.

Yes. We are insured and proof is available upon request. We carry a business license in each town that we service and hold a general contractors license in Fayette County (for commercial).
Yes, all estimates are free of charge. We can schedule an estimate in person, or it can be done via the "contact us" tab on the website for quick service. Please keep in mind that I do have a $125 minimum to do a job.
I charge by the job. I feel that it is fair to both of us and I like to be upfront with my pricing.
I accept cash, ACH, card (add 2.9% card fee), and check (write check to: Handyman of the Bluegrass). Payment is due upon completion of the job. Receipts are sent via e-mail or text. Hard copy available upon request.
